Many people think that the most important production factor of a startup is money, but do you think that money is the one and only important resource to win? Yeah? Than I recommend you to read my post because it will impart you different solutions for a startup to succeed.

The key to startup success is a common passion and common vision. Think that every member of the firm should have professional hard and soft skills and experience. All members have to convinced of the importance and the success of the company. They must have the goal in mind and should be well informed about the strategy. On the one hand you need an entrepreneur to coordinate and guide your employees and on the other hand you need a team. A CEO should be ambitious and has to know to lead the company. However, without a flexible, creative team the company is never going to achieve a goal.

The next part is to analyze the customer market. Obviously before starting a company, you will carry out a market survey, and additionally analyze already finished analyses. In this context do not forget that in order to grow a startup needs to create a network that consists of many different partners.

The most important thing is that you be sure what you want! You must have your goal in mind throughout the application. The target of this post is to present and explain three tips for your successful job application.

At first you have to be sure what you want to apply for. Read the job description and write a cover letter that is specific to the job you want to apply. You have to explain why you are the right person for this position. Your cover letter must arouse the interest of the employer. Send the letter by post so you can be sure that someone of the company will take it. Now you have to wait until you get a response.

You are invited to an interview? Yes?

Well done, you wrote an amazing cover letter. Now we go on with another important tip. You have to collect information about the company, because you have to be well prepared for your interview. On the one hand it is important to know everything about the company, but on the other hand you have to know how to present yourself convincingly. Make the entrepreneur clear that you want to work for him. Create your own elevator pitch because this will help you for your self presentation. Now it is your turn. You sit in front of the HR Manager, so be friendly and energetic. Do not forget to keep eye contact, speak slow and clear. Be prepared for any negotiation. At least now you realize why it is important that you are prepared with information about yourself and the company.

Instagram is coming more and more famous and so are the influencers. You can make good money with the right amount of followers on your site, but since it’s not pretty easy to get fame on Instagram, we worked out some tips and tricks for your success.

The main concept of this platform was to just post your favorite pictures, but nowadays most of the interaction happens through posting stories which just last for a certain time, 24 hours usually.

Finally, it’s time to start posting. Since Instagram is based on visual content, whether it’s in your posts or your stories, you want to share parts of your life with your followers through your own pictures and videos. You want to share stories, tutorials, recipes and/or so much more with your community, which will grow the more and constant you’re investing heart blood and time. It is a lot of work being a successful influencer.
